Reading with Children
Reading with young children has long been known as a key component of their success later in life.
But, WHAT is being read also makes a big difference.
Learning & developing habits will help children in a myriad of ways, including: growing self-awareness, self-regulation, and the ability to take increased control of their own mental processing, thinking, remembering, and problem-solving. Habits are relevant and fundamental to the whole range of the child’s development, including their emotional and social abilities and behaviors.
